Anne graduated in Law from Manchester University in 1981, joining Cottrill Stone Lawless in 1982 and she has been with the firm ever since.
She became a partner in 1986 and married fellow-partner, Philip Mogg, the same year.
Anne has always specialised in property work and, in particular, residential development. She has acted for many of her clients for 15 years or more and secures all her work on recommendation by existing clients and professional colleagues.
Anne continues the Cottrills’ tradition of acting for holiday and home park owners which has kept her increasingly busy in recent years with developments of luxury lodges and caravan parks around the country. The firm is a member of the British Holiday and Home Parks Association.
Wherever possible Anne endeavours to give her clients solutions rather than problems and to build a long term relationship.
Anne is married to Philip Mogg, Senior Partner and head of the firm’s litigation department. They have two sons and live in Hale.
